I'm bad - I thought about selling my SCX / Scalextric slotracing tracks and cars, to get me the Nikon 17-35mm f/2.8 I want... but while setting up the whole shebang and watching my kids having fun with it racing around the house I deffo changed my mind, hehe.

I got +30 meters of track, and a whole bunch of nifty cars with xenon light and all that. While the kids were racing I took a couple of cars aside and decided to 'toy around' with my Nikon 50mm f/1.4 instead, together with some mini torches and a couple of bicycle lights for the special FX.

I wouldn't mind doing these kind of things for a living!
Ooh, how I secretly love slotcars - oh well, now it's not so secret anymore I guess... ;-)
