Ford Fiesta RS WRC available ahead of schedule

Following the successful launch of the all-new Ford Fiesta RS World Rally Car in Sweden, M-Sport are delighted to announce that the first delivery of the new WRC car will be available from May.

The car will be eligible to compete in both the WRC and in National Rally Championships and will be supplied with a conversion kit including a 30mm restrictor and aerodynamic modifications.

The Fiesta RS WRC made a remarkable debut in Sweden, securing a podium clean sweep – the first Ford 1-2-3 since 2008’s Rally Sweden. Five other Fiesta RS World Rally Cars also finished inside the top 14.

Ford’s new FIA World Rally Championship challenger, derived from the best-selling Fiesta road car, was developed in collaboration between Ford of Europe and M-Sport.  The car shares the same DNA as the Fiesta S2000 rally car, which won the legendary Monte Carlo Rally in January 2010 and the inaugural Super 2000 World Rally Championship (S-WRC).
